Our Approach to Therapy
At COVE, our first priority is creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and able to show up as they are. We help individuals and couples build self-awareness, develop a sense of agency, and clarify what’s within their control as they move toward greater peace and alignment in their lives. We also focus on understanding the patterns that shape clients’ relationships with themselves and others, helping them cultivate resilience, deepen connection, and move through life with greater authenticity. Our work is collaborative and practical, helping clients understand themselves more deeply, navigate challenges with intention, and find solutions that support their overall well-being and sense of wholeness.

I am a therapist who believes meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and with another person. Since entering the mental health field in 2019, I have been committed to creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, and move toward lives that feel more aligned and authentic.
I particularly enjoy working with women and couples as they navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressures that often come with modern life. My work focuses on helping people better understand their internal experiences, strengthen their sense of agency, and find practical ways to care for their mental and emotional well-being.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that healing happens through connection, honesty, and compassion toward ourselves and others. I strive to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they work through challenges, reconnect with their values, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I’m passionate about supporting growth and healing through self-awareness and authentic connection. I help clients understand and shift patterns that leave them feeling disconnected, building more meaningful relationships and a stronger sense of self-worth. I view therapy as a collaborative process that helps people navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, reduce shame, and lead lives that feel purposeful, connected, and aligned with their values.
I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory, while integrating mindfulness and self-compassion. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, negative religious experiences, sexual and relational struggles, self-esteem, and more.
